After completing seven years of training in the UK (EE Smith Contracts Leicester) he returned to Ireland and has been self-employed ever since. Ron Rossiter through his years of experience in the woodworking industry has developed a passion for manufacturing handcrafted traditional and contemporary style staircases. From the ultra-modern architectural designed to the more common cut/housed string no staircase is ever too big, complicated or small.
Very often architects and clients alike bring with them a picture of what they envisage their staircase to look like. Ron then puts together a working drawing and plans at stage one to get the project off the ground. With the use of staircase software and CNC machinery we are cost effective and accurate.
While recognizing that speed and accuracy are vital Jarrow Woodcraft has and always will maintain a link with traditional skills and can where necessary offer hand cut assembled pieces of craftsmanship.
